Job Summary:
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. Your role involves various portfolios which are Strategic Planning, Lead Generation, Branding, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Website Management, Email Marketing and Content Creation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and measure campaign effectiveness to continuously optimize marketing strategies.

Job Description :
- Oversee and supervise the Marketing Department.
- Brainstorm creative growth strategies to enhance market reach and drive business expansion.
- Develop and coordinate marketing plans that effectively communicate brand messaging and engage target audiences.
- Formulate, develop and execute branding strategies.
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns and budgets for both lead generation and brand awareness.
- Analyze and prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Evaluate and optimize marketing expenditure to achieve cost effective results through performance marketing.
- Performing market research on customers and competitors for ongoing enhancement of our products and services.
- Leverage the strong analytical skill to assess the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Communicate the marketing plan to ensure company wide understanding which fosters alignment, encourages collaboration, and ensures that all team members are on the same page regarding the company's marketing efforts.
Job Requirement(s):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, proven experience in managing a marketing team.
- Proven experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns and content marketing.
- Experience with digital marketing with solid expertise in campaign, channel analysis and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding on content management, tracking tools and performance marketing channels.
- Proven ability to manage budgets.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Professional and proactive work ethics.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high performance and result-oriented environment
