Meztal is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in email marketing development, email campaign management, and system integrations to ensure the smooth operation of our marketing platforms and tools. This position emphasizes hands-on technical execution of marketing campaigns, including the development of emails, landing pages, and integration of marketing systems. While strategic marketing experience is preferred, the core responsibility will be in technical and developmental work for digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and code responsive email campaigns using HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Build and maintain email templates optimized for high engagement and deliverability across platforms.
- Manage the setup and execution of email marketing campaigns and workflows, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Work with email marketing campaign systems (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) to implement automated email flows and sequences.
- Develop and integrate email marketing workflows to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Ensure proper API integrations between email marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., syncing data for segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance tracking).
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and optimize email campaigns, ensuring maximum performance and technical functionality.
- Provide support for SEO optimization on email landing pages or other digital assets as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to email marketing or campaign automation systems.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Professional experience in email development and email marketing, with a strong understanding of email campaign and workflow systems.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email development and landing page optimization.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Knowledge of API tools like Postman and experience with system integrations in marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for email and landing page design.
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in creating and executing digital marketing strategies, including content creation, targeting, and campaign planning.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and their integration with email marketing platforms.
- Previous experience working in a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
