The Marketing team in Thailand will support campaigns and partnerships to grow Visa’s overall brand equity with consumers, such as cardholders and businesses. The individual will report to the Head of Marketing, Thailand and will be part of the Thailand Country Team as well as part of the SMT (Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand) cluster.
What a Client Marketing Manager does at Visa:
The individual will bring in marketing experiences to activate and deliver strategic and tactical marketing value to our key clients (Banks, Merchants, FinTech, and Government) by actively promoting VISA’s Marketing Value Added Services and Solutions. Working closely with his/her manager, regional Marketing teams, the Business Development team as well as Visa’s Consulting teams, the Manager will support and deliver unique solutions to drive growth for Visa and our clients.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Drive marketing engagements for key clients and partners by developing and executing client marketing strategies, plans, and initiatives. This includes the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
- Develop and nurture client partnerships to generate new revenue streams by providing comprehensive Marketing Value Added Services (VAS). These services encompass marketing insight, strategy, creative services, execution, and consulting.
- Identify client needs through detailed analysis and develop tailored plans of action. Negotiate pricing and scope with clients, followed by the necessary contracting and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to implement effective solutions. Ensure progress by meeting objectives and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work extensively with local country cross-functional teams (i.e. Business Development, Account Leads, Product, Visa Consulting and Analytics), as well as AP client marketing team, to support Marketing VAS engagement, project planning & development as well as execution.
- Manage and report the revenue pipeline, project status, successes and challenges related to Marketing VAS.
- Oversee all administrative deliverables related to client marketing project management and VAS including but not limited to marketing approvals, procurement processes, contract management and VIK process management in full compliance with Visa’s policy and process.
- Ensure timely executions and deliverables from agencies and vendors as well as proper documentation and paperwork across the whole project lifecycle.
- Open communication between partners and vendors to ensure that work is execution and implemented accurately.

What you will need:
- Bachelors’ or business/marketing or related field with marketing foundation
- Excellent performance and strategic marketing experience in Marketing management (Minimum 8 years of experience), preferred in finance/payment industry, FMCG, Telecommunications, digital agency or applicable industry
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in B2B/B2B2C Marketing (agency or client), with proven record of driving business impact through client/partner marketing
- Proven record in interacting and managing client stakeholders; including prospecting, pitching, scoping, implementing and overall client relationship management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders; such as Account Executives, cross-functional teams in Thailand
- Experienced in client and partner communications through a variety of content and channels (e.g. EDMs, social media, multi-media etc.)
- Identify and source for relevant merchant offers and partners
- Ensure overall smooth execution of campaign, including timely handovers from partners and vendors, and paperwork submission

- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills with tons of drive and energy
- Proactive thinker, problem solver and desire to take risks to test and learn
- Fluent in written and spoken English
