The Role

We are looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for field marketing, strategic events (Summits, community, user groups), and producing, developing, and amplifying the use of highly engaging content and campaigns.  The person will be responsible for driving customer event executions, email campaigns, website localization, and support execution of ABM (account-based marketing). The Marketing Manager will work closely with the regional Marketing Director, sales, strategy, and product team    
 
It’s a great opportunity for someone who has a few years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B company and is looking to learn from a high-growth company and make a real impact across many areas including demand generation, events, content, and digital marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Veeva and industry and community events, including logistics, internal and external communications, promotions, event app management, and reporting.
  • Plan strategic events, and agendas, coordinate speakers, and programming and be creative in driving quality executions.
  • Leading the planning and implementation of email marketing campaigns, related to the products and/or services.
  • Manage customer segmentation and maintain the customer database.
  • Work cross-functionally with Content Marketing and Marketing Operations to plan a campaign calendar to drive and nurture customer journeys across targeted ABM accounts.
  • Manage and execute content updates on the corporate website (veeva.com/jp) 

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in B2B marketing (bonus points if you have promoted enterprise software) specifically Field Marketing, Events, Demand Generation, Localisation, Email Marketing, Digital, and Communications
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (Marketo)
  • Strong communication ability (oral and written)
  • Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Native Japanese and Business English
  • Bachelor’s Degree
