Limbic is hiring a

Marketing Manager US

Full-Time
Remote

Limbic’s vision is to ensure the highest quality therapy is accessible to everyone, everywhere. We deploy AI responsibly, using it to augment clinical care and reduce barriers to accessing therapy at scale. Limbic has built a virtual therapy assistant to support patients and clinicians along the therapy journey, enhancing therapist productivity while also keeping patients engaged.

We're growing quickly. We’ve already served nearly 300,000 patients across 40% of NHS talking therapy clinics in the UK, and we're backed by Khosla Ventures, as well as Innovate UK, Entrepreneur First, and the European Commission.

As Limbic’s US Marketing Manager you will be our project management glue. You’ll be a versatile marketing manager by contributing to the initial development of strategic B2B campaign plans, building on-brand ads and assets and managing our events marketing from start to finish - including registrations, speaking opportunities, exhibits, booth staffing and merchandising.

What you’ll be doing at Limbic:

  • Establish a system for executing against Limbic’s conference strategy and maximizing the return on each event
  • Support events and marketing campaign analytics to drive efficiency and inform future marketing strategy and tactics
  • Coordinate vendors and internal resources to build, test, deploy, and audit campaigns (brand and performance) across search, social, display, industry trades, and partner marketing
  • Establish and maintain systems for project management to help us run efficiently and make the most of our small-but-growing team
  • Position Limbic as the leading voice of clinical AI for mental healthcare
  • Support the execution of marketing programs from start to finish — targeting, messaging, channel strategy, creative briefs, execution, and reporting
  • Drive coordination between commercial teams and ensure maximum efficiency of inbound and outbound efforts
  • Develop campaign creative briefs and guide external and internal teams to execute against them
  • Help manage marketing assets, content, and updates - both print and digital

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Domain specific experience in events marketing and related demand generation
  • Five or more years marketing experience, with at least three years B2B field marketing experience in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Substantial Hubspot experience, especially with regard to marketing automation and CRM hygiene
  • Proven success in executing marketing campaigns, and examples of assets (ads, emails, web pages, etc.) you have helped build
  • Strong project management skills
  • A metrics-driven approach, but with an appreciation for the fact that not everything that’s important can be measured, and not everything that can be measured is important
  • Experience with CMS operations (blog posts and landing pages)
  • Experience with social media strategy and execution
  • A background in B2B healthcare and/or mental health is a plus

Note: Ability to occasionally (once or twice per week) join calls with colleagues in the UK at 9:00 am (Eastern Time) is required.
