Summary:

 

ZipRecruiter is looking for an experienced, highly motivated individual to join the Enterprise Marketing Team as a Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement. As part of the Enterprise Marketing Team, this person will work cross-functionally with enterprise sales, customer success, revenue operations, and the greater marketing team to drive brand awareness and develop marketing content to support the team in hitting revenue goals.

 

Key Focuses:

 

  • Manage and fulfill custom account requests from the Enterprise Sales team, from custom pitch & proposal deck creation to the development of custom marketing assets
  • Craft sales enablement materials (social posts, email sequences, white papers, G2M materials) that clearly illustrate product functionality and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers
  • Has an eye for design and layout, able to develop compelling narratives and create visually engaging presentations given existing tools and templates
  • Manage current content management tools to report and analyze content success, opportunities and internal/external engagement
  • Coordinate communication, timelines, and deliverables; ability to triage and manage high volumes of requests or urgent requests 
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, legal, and analytics to develop new marketing content, such as claims that support positioning
  • Review data, analyze reports, and conduct research as needed to source insights that help increase competitive differentiation 
  • Ability to visualize data and utilize data insights to strengthen messaging  
  • Support and contribute to various Enterprise Marketing content development initiatives
  • Analyze internal and external content engagement data and impact, report on insights, and leverage learnings

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of marketing or communications experience in an agency or corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field 
  • Creative writing skills are preferred, as well as a passion for branding and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, in particular with Google slides, sheets (excel)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Pardot, Outreach, Highspot a plus
  • Resourceful problem solver with good business acumen
  • Proven project management, organization, and communication skills with ability to support productive matrixed teams and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to understand marketing strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
  • Analytical with a high attention to detail, able to work and think independently, able to make thoughtful recommendations and communicate with various levels of leadership

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,500-$137,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

 

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
