We are on a mission to grow our restaurant business within the Central European region and we are now looking for a commercially driven marketer with an analytical mind to join our team. As a Restaurant (Rx) and Partnership Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing the restaurant partnership marketing strategy for Poland, reporting directly to the Regional Head of Rx and Partnership Marketing.
Together with the colleagues from the other countries in the region, you will be responsible for the regional growth of our core restaurant vertical. You will collaborate with the country's commercial team in order to develop restaurant partnerships with enterprise accounts, local heroes as well as other local restaurant partners (SMB). In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with big well known international restaurant brands as well as with the local ones with future potential.
You will leverage your expertise in relationship building to identify mutually beneficial partnerships that aim both at acquiring as well as engaging with our partners to efficiently drive incremental sales and volume. You will develop annual joint marketing plans on a regional level but also owning the development on a country level, to ensure these partnerships align with our broader marketing objectives. Furthermore, you will drive partnerships with 3rd party players to drive incremental platform growth, for example collaborations with payment providers or 3rd parties to drive Wolt+ subscriber growth.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for the overall growth of our core restaurant vertical in the Polish market
- You will work closely with our Country Management team, as well as our commercial organization, to meet country-specific and regional growth targets for restaurants
- Design and execute joint marketing campaigns with our restaurant partners to increase visibility and drive mutual growth in the market
- Developing annual joint marketing plans on a regional level and owning the development on a local level, aligning within the regional Rx and partnership team
- Participate in C-level merchant meeting with sales/Key Account Management teams and lead the marketing discussions
- Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept to briefing the planning and operations team and the brand team
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership marketing strategies with overall business objectives
- Owning and nurturing marketing relationships with big enterprises and other merchants
- Collaborating with bigger partners in the region, driving projects on a regional level
- Develop marketing investment packages that fit enterprise, local heroes and SMB restaurants
- Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, in-app (briefing, project leading campaigns from a to z)
- Ownership of Restaurant partnership acquisition and engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart for the commercial teams
- Customize marketing pitches to new restaurant merchants, including analyzing growth potential and proposing mutually beneficial marketing investments to unlock growth
- Overseeing the vertical budget efficiency and ensuring integrated partnership campaigns into holistic plans on a regional level
- Support Marketing Strategy and Planning teams in city and area expansions
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and promotional content tailored for restaurant partners
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within e-commerce and/or retail
- Understanding on how sales targets can be translated into marketing plans aiming for business growth
- Self driven and comfortable of taking decisions within a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset and experienced at making decisions based on data
- Comfortable with a two-speed approach of balancing long-term and short-term objectives and planning
- Experience in marketing project management and leading projects with a diversity of internal and external stakeholders is a must
- Experience working in an international environment and operating part of a team based in different countries is an advantage
- Open minded, positive can-do attitude
- Good negotiation skills
- Experience working within the restaurant industry on the partner side is a plus
- Fluent in English and Polish (C1+ or native speaker level)
- The role is based in Poland
