Mira Tech, its marketing agency, goes beyond digital services, optimizing client operations and product development. We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager (Real Estate) to join our dynamic marketing team.
What you will do?
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies specifically for the real estate sector;
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (META, Google Ads, etc.);
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities;
- Create engaging content for social media, website, and newsletters tailored to real estate;
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and drive lead generation;
- Organize promotional events and open houses to increase brand visibility;
- Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the real estate industry and Dubai market;
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
- Fluent in Russian is a must;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.
