Digital Demand Generation
 
The role
 
This position will be responsible for driving brand awareness and demand for Central Europe. This role will be part of a matrix organisation and will be fundamental to driving business revenues through the successful coordination and delivery of our integrated demand generation campaigns.  You will have the opportunity to be part of a strong and dynamic Marketing team and work with a varied group of stakeholders across the business, from Marketing, Operations, Website development, Creative and Brand teams.

What will you get involved in?

  • Work closely with Regional Digital Demand Managers to understand campaign plans, goals and strategy and support and the execution of multi-channel digital demand generation campaigns to drive business revenue.
  • Plan and execute pan-European digital demand generation programs (considering but not limited to Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, Site Direct, Content Syndication)
  • Coordinate with IMM’s, content team and Marketing Ops on the creation of new landing pages in support of European digital demand generation programs
  • Develop and execute testing strategies for paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta).
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the regional Digital Demand Team, IMMs and Marketing Operations to develop and test new ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Define clear and measurable goals for all campaigns, programs and tactics prior to launch
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations and Analytics team to ensure attribution and tracking is set up across programs for reporting at channel level (traffic, spend, revenue, ROI and other performance KPIs)
  • Analyse digital demand generation programs to ensure they are meeting or exceeding targets, and develop recommendations for improvements
  • Monitor the performance of digital demand generation campaigns and report the results to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Budget management of campaigns ensuring there is no overspend or underspend
  • Be point of contact for European demand generation best practices
  • Ongoing sharing and execution of industry best practices with team
  • Actively sharing campaign learnings, recommendations and best practice with Digital Demand Team and European marketing team as appropriate
  • Support line manager to build out Digital Demand Center for Europe
  • Build out rolling campaign calendar and update campaign checklists, briefs and processes in accordance with best practices and business needs
  • Brief in changes or updates to nurture flows related to marketing campaigns to Marketing Operations team and coordinate with IMMs on final approvals.
  • Partner with Regional European Digital Demand Managers and marketing team to gather requirements of all digital campaign elements using campaign checklist.  This will include but not be limited to: data lists, email copy, nurture flow plans, creative elements for email banners, landing pages and ads, ad copy for social and paid.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to use the CDP for target lists
  • Create/update digital demand generation campaign specific website landing pages using templates, leveraging Marketing Ops team support for form & Marketo program updates.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in demand generation/campaigns experience
  • Experience with digital marketing principals such as SEO, PPC, paid social, e-mail marketing, CRM software
  • Proven experience in paid media management.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and campaign optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Skilled at agency management
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track multi-channel campaign performance
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive nature and hands-on approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Microsoft suite mastery
  • Desire and passion to make a difference
  • Solid experience of executing email campaigns and running event programs using a Marketing Automation system, preferably Marketo
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, paid digital and webinars
  • Experience effectively leveraging webforms and landing pages for conversion
  • Skilled at database segmentation and data management

Nice to have

  • Prior experience of working in an international B2B organisation and working closely with other centralized teams (web, creative, operations) across regions would be a benefit
  • Experience of Salesforce CRM
  • Hands on experience of project management tools such as: JIRA, Asana
