This role is a key part of our highly successful Pharma team at Informa Markets. We're responsible for the world renowned CPHI and Pharmapack brands, connecting the global pharma supply chain through our event and digital offering.
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and grow our audience and attendees for our event Pharmapack Europe. Our marketing teams work across a range of channels, planning and executing sophisticated marketing campaigns that play a pivotal role in the growth of our events.
Reporting into the Head of Attendee Marketing, this role requires someone eager to learn and deliver results in a highly KPI driven environment.
You’ll be responsible for…
- Developing the attendee marketing strategy for Pharmapack Europe
- Ensuring our brand messaging is consistent across all Pharmapack Europe attendee communications
- Understanding our audience, analysing user behaviour and developing personas
- Delivering an exciting marketing campaign that engages our audience and exceeds our goals
- Creating engaging copy and content to engage our key audiences
- Testing our campaign activity and messaging to continuously improve
- Analysing campaign performance to improve campaigns
- Managing the marketing budget and a marketing executive
- Reporting on marketing KPIs

- Experience of using marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua)
- Experience of working with databases and data selection/management software
- Experience of managing social media through scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite and experience of social media listening and sentiment analysis
- Experience of working with CMS platforms (preferably Adobe Experience Manager)
- Experience of marketing analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics/Adobe or others)
- Experience of leading a team and managing budgets
- A great understanding of & experience of digital (PPC, SEO, online advertising)
