Are you ready to take the lead in driving SEEK's Performance Marketing / Search Engine Marketing (SEM) programs to new heights? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our vibrant Media and Customer Engagement team as our Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing SEM. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid search and performance marketing strategies to propel SEEK's business growth forward.  

Working alongside specialists in CRM, digital analytics, and more, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement effective SEM strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and more.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analysis to enhance campaign return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, whilst leading and developing one direct report – Snr Marketing Associate – SEM.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for a competitive edge and collaborate with key partners like Google to ensure best-in-class SEM approaches.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign elements.
  • Lead budget allocation and bid strategies for cost-effective results.
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing and SEM experience.
  • Strong SA360 bid management platform expertise.
  • Previous leadership experience in SEM and a comprehensive understanding of marketing channels.
  • Excellent problem-solving / project management skills, with a proven track record to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outcome-focused with an eye for detail and experience in managing budgets and large-scale campaigns.
  • Excellent technical digital marketing knowledge.
