Rentokil Initial has an exciting position available for an experienced B2B & B2C Marketing Innovation Manager to join our vibrant, passionate, fast paced team. The role

Our marketing team is continuing to expand. This is a crucial role to manage our largest business category, Pest (both commercial & residential)

  • Delivery of new innovation: including project management, ensuring engagement across the business and brilliant execution by our sales team
  • Equipping our sales team for success: delivering tools, insights and training
  • Building the Rentokil brand : in our core target sectors via events, partnerships, content development, association marketing, strong digital strategies and communication campaigns
  • Strategy development: working with your digital team, marketing peers & functional teams to develop an actionable plan to drive growth

The ideal candidate will possess:

Essential:

  • 5+ years' experience in a results-driven B2B and/or services marketing role
  • Similar experience in a B2C role
  • Strong digital acumen across paid, earned and owned
  • High degree of CRM experience - proven experience in Hubspot or another leading CRM platform and can demonstrate experience and success in onboarding, nurturing, retention upsell and cross sell strategies via the CRM platform
  • 3+ years' experience delivering new product launches in a B2B and/or services environment
  • 1+ year experience in project management is highly desirable
  • You'll be a strong personality with the ability to lead and inspire stakeholders of all levels
  • Experience working closely with sales teams
  • You are a genuinely passionate marketeer unafraid to trailblaze, and create brilliant campaigns that get noticed
  • The right to work in Australia

Desirable:

  • MBA / Masters
  • Hubspot experience
  • GA Certification
  • Creative portfolio of campaign work

The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks.
