Our mission is to be the UK’s simplest way to find and finance a great value used car. We want to put car buyers back in control and make the car buying experience as simple, straightforward, and joyful as possible as car buyers deserve oodles of car buying confidence!

We are a team of 450 people located in Manchester, Oxford and London. Over the past 8 years, we’ve supported 10,000’s of customers on their car buying journey. 

Supporting our growth in the ‘Point-of-Sale’ space, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Team and design, develop and deploy B2B marketing campaigns.

 

🙌 The Role  

Marketing Manager   

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing our dealer network, driving both new dealer acquisition and account growth. Collaborating closely with our Sales team, this role will be instrumental in positioning our company as the go-to specialist lender in the UK.  

The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise across social media, content, CRM, and web to craft and execute compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our dealer partners. This position requires a strategic thinker with a track record of successful B2B marketing, a passion for building strong business relationships, and a commitment to contributing to our growth trajectory. 

This is a new role with the opportunity to make a big impact.  

Key Accountabilities  

  • Execution of the B2B marketing and content plan  
  • Working closely with the Sales team to build effective onboarding and nurture CRM journeys to grow and develop our dealer relationships 
  • Provide marketing support and resources to the Sales team to enhance dealer engagement and satisfaction
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content and collateral tailored to dealer partners, including video, newsletters, case studies, and promotional material
  • Create compelling campaigns that fully comply with financial promotions required  
  • Creation of copy and communications as required for campaigns
  • Working with our internal design team to create first-class content that grows our brand awareness and reputation
  • Content management across website, email etc 
  • Management and collaboration with agency partners/freelancers as required  
  • Optimise the marketing spend across campaigns to support achievement of commercial objectives; building business cases for incremental spend as needed 
  • Analyse and report on success of marketing initiatives; with a focus of ongoing improvement

Key attributes, skills & knowledge  

Essential  

  • B2B marketing experience 
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media management tools, and web analytics
  • Creative mindset to develop engaging and impactful marketing content
  • Excellent copywriting skills  
  • Effective third-party and freelancer management 
  • Stakeholder management – ability to develop excellent cross-functional relationships at all levels 
  • Good analytical skills to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Organised with strong attention to detail 

Desirable: 

  • Good understanding of the automotive landscape 
  • Experience working in a regulated industry
