We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategies and execution for the offline products of 10 Minute School. The candidate will handle both below-the-line (BTL) and digital marketing efforts to boost visibility and engagement. This role will be vital in enhancing brand awareness and customer acquisition for both offline and digital offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the offline vertical, aligning with business objectives.
- Plan and oversee BTL activities like events, activations, partnerships, and community outreach.
- Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, content creation, and online advertising.
- Implement CRM strategies to nurture leads and engage customers, using data-driven insights.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing reports and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for successful execution of marketing activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in both offline/BTL and digital marketing.
- Expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Creative thinking and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in project management and handling multiple initiatives.
