Let’s talk about the role.

This is a business critical role, owning Till’s partner and direct merchant marketing strategy and execution. We’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager specialising in sales enablement, who is experienced in B2B marketing. They understand business, product and financial objectives that drive the success of the role. Supporting our Sales team, this role will be responsible for delivering on-brand, compelling materials to help win new business and keep the team supported with up-to-date collateral across product, propositions, and thought leadership. You will be supported by the wider Brand & CX team including designers and Communications Lead. 

 

Till is a partner-led business and we are currently in development of the partner marketing strategy, and how we support the different types of partners we work with. This role will own the strategy, and execution of materials across all channels including print, digital, events, and webinars. You will be partner facing and support our partner’s GTM using the program strategy and materials you help create. 

 

As Till grows so too will this role, ensuring our strategy is sound, process is created and followed, and our teams are set up for success. 

 

Key areas of delivery:

  • Own the sales enablement strategy and end-to-end execution for our partner and direct merchants
  • Own all marketing communications across the partner & merchant lifecycle, working with Till’s cross-functional teams 
  • Deliver industry events and sponsorships for the Sales team 
  • Develop partner and merchant proposals (pitches & RFP’s) 
  • Drive retention and engagement with partners & merchants via webinars and other thought-leadership strategies you create 
  • Support the operationalisation the role by setting up workflows and processes within the business 
  • Be the partner-facing marketing support for serviced partner programs
  • Measure and report on all activity 

Who are you, and what experience will you bring?

  • We’re open to different skills and backgrounds who can help us deliver on this role, though it’s important that you’ll have:
  • Experience within the Finance, Payments or Tech world  
  • Proven track record delivering sales enablement programs & marketing support 
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills 
  • Cross-channel marketing experience with a passion for creating a powerful brand
  • A hands-on, collaborative style and keen team player 
  • Both marketing and commercial/sales acumen 
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
