Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid-2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Motability, Octopus Energy, Volvo Benelux, VW UK, Mercedes UK, Hyundai UK and other innovative brands.

Your role

 

Join us in a dynamic and varied marketing role working on one of our largest clients in the mobility space to positively impact the future of driving.

 

As Marketing Manager (Motability), you’ll manage our Motability client account and create marketing initiatives to deepen our client relationship.  You’ll take ownership of client development and be responsible for growing the client account through the delivery of co-created marketing activities. 

  • You’ll ideate marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver on the client’s requirements, address their business priorities and promote smart charging solutions to grow their EV fleet. 
  • Accessibility and customer centricity will be at the heart of every customer interaction, to engage their EV drivers with dynamic charging and flexibility initiatives; no driver left behind in the transition to electric.
  • You’ll develop your knowledge of smart EV charging to communicate the sustainability and financial benefits of energy flexibility; educating and giving back to our client and their community.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to develop marketing collateral, inform content creation and testing, create and present actionable insights and provide your own suggestions to promote continuous improvement.
  • You’ll “own” a marketing project from start to finish to ensure Ohme is the partner of choice for our client.

 

What we need from you:

  • Think about how we can bring to life the benefits of EV ownership, dynamic charging and flexibility initiatives for the EV drivers of today and for drivers considering the transition to electric.
  • Be across our client’s needs and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Understand how Ohme’s services, communications, marketing activities and platforms can enhance the client’s engagement with their EV drivers.
  • Lead and actively participate in client workshops.
  • Prepare and present on the performance of marketing activities focusing on actionable insight which you then translate into new workstreams with ROI.
  • Collaborate with the wider Digital Marketing Team to provide digital-first marketing solutions.
  • Identify PR opportunities and manage Ohme’s event support for the client.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • A strategic thinker, with around 3+ years experience, who can help develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Ability to interpret and provide strong responses to briefs to persuade stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator and credible counsel who builds trust with their client and is able to effectively manage issues.
  • Innovative in creating engaging and compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable with digital marketing and CRM automation technologies to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in developing community engagement campaigns is beneficial.
  • Data driven with experience in using data to demonstrate outcomes/performance.
