Mill is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to help fuel the marketing campaigns, programs and channels during an exciting period of growth for the company.

 

What you’ll do: 

Marketing Management

  • Serve as a Mill brand expert. Work across our Marketing function to understand the Mill buyer journey end-to-end. Learn our brand’s guidelines and tone in and out, developing a deep understanding of how our brand is articulated at every touchpoint. Learn the key features, ingredients, and highlights of our product that will inform the creative briefs you develop across campaigns and channels.
  • Apply learnings forward to drive growth. Partner with channel leads to understand key drivers of performance and apply them to future initiatives, building a robust playbook of best practices along the way.
  • Own Mill’s marketing calendar. Partner with the head of Marketing to own Mill’s comprehensive marketing calendar and ensure the department is on track to deliver
  • Drive creative briefing. Provide our design team with high quality creative briefs that guide and inform our creative team about the creative assets needed to fuel our marketing programs.
  • Project Manage. You will be responsible for keeping campaigns and programs operating on time, managing stakeholders to the timely delivery of key deliverables.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, Analytics and Product teams to synthesize available insights and apply those learnings to upcoming campaigns and activations.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with at least 3+ years in consumer marketing
  • Experience managing briefs and campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Experience working with external media buying partners and creative teams to deliver work aligned with internal brand standards
  • Fluency in common collaboration and project management tools is a must: e.g., Google Suite, Excel, Coda / Notion

 

The estimated base salary range for this position is $120k to $165k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs. At Mill, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
