We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in campaign or project management who is passionate about driving growth and ready to take their career to the next level.
Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with our business objectives in both B2C and B2B.
This is a hands-on role where you will manage relationships with external suppliers (such as digital agencies, content creators, and media partners) and internal stakeholders, including product, sales, and clinical teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, outstanding communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who aspires to become a Head of Marketing within the next 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.), ensuring delivery is on time and aligned with business goals.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle for key marketing initiatives, from inception to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and clinical teams, to ensure all marketing initiatives are fully integrated.
- Content & Creative Oversight: Work closely with creative teams (internal and external) to develop compelling content for campaigns, including copy, visuals, and multimedia assets.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Use analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Brand Management: Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with Mable Therapy’s brand values, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Requirements
- You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing within a start-up environment.
- If you've worked in Education or Healthcare, this is a plus.
- Experience working with external suppliers such as creative agencies, media partners, and digital marketing firms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of the differences between B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- You'll get all the support you need, but you'll be expected to deliver projects autonomously at times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools, etc.).
- HubSpot experience is a big plus.
- Native English speaker or a professional fluency is required for this role.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse campaign performance data, interpret insights, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Aspiration for Growth: You are highly motivated to grow within the role and have a clear ambition to become a Head of Marketing within the next 18 months.
