Currently, we are seeking a high caliber Marketing Manager based in Jakarta, as we continue to expand our presence and capabilities across Indonesia.
What you will do:
- Lead Marketing team in Indonesia and responsible for the marketing success in Indonesia across the funnels

Brand Awareness: Position Lalamove in a fiercely competitive environment to make the brand locally relevant and loved and increased engagement from customers and driver partners.

Local Campaign Management: Lead the development, management, and execution of local campaigns, working closely with creative and media agencies, internal sales, driver operation team, and functional team based in Hong Kong - to develop trackable, measurable integrated communication projects.

Public Relations and Media: Lead the development of local events and PR to maximize cross-promotion & brand exposure opportunities.

Creative: Lead local extensions of global campaigns, working on special projects (stunts, guerrilla, content, digital innovation) that increase the relevance of Lalamove in the markets.

Partnership: Build strategic long term partnerships to increase our user base.

Growth - Digital Marketing: Devise digital marketing programs ie. digital advertising, websites management, SEO, social media and content marketing

Growth - Retention & Loyalty: Manage user retention activities & to increase user’s loyalty.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales & Driver Ops team to develop marketing tactics for effective lead generation.

What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia or related discipline.
- Min. 8 years of marketing and advertising experience.
- Experience in the local tech / App based industry will be a plus.
- Data-driven with proven experience deriving marketing opportunities and strategy through data analysis
- Strong creative mind that can help us establish meaningful connections between SMEs (our potential users), users and driver partners in Indonesia, exploring innovative ways to express our values and positioning when promoting Lalamove.
- Solid understanding of creative positioning, key art and video execution, media, advertising, and digital trends.
- Detailed-oriented, good project management & interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Good understanding of key marketing & user growth metrics such as CAC, CPL, ROI, and LTV.Team-leader with start-up spirit and able to fit in a diversified and dynamic working environment.
