Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end planning, creation, and execution of performance and branding campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for both B2B and B2C Target Segments.

  • Implement ABM strategies to acquire new clients for domestic and international finance & saas products.

  • Planning and executing all Organic and paid Campaigns, including SEO, SEM, SMO, SMM, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Database procurement, App/Mobile Marketing, whatsapp marketing, Linkedin marketing, etc.

  • Execute email marketing and nurturing campaigns, increase lead generation and funnel conversion and increase customer engagement.

  • Managing various vendors and affiliate partners, Negotiating on commercials for leads and databases.

  • Design and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media) to generate leads and maximise ROI

  • Manage digital advertising budgets and optimise paid channels.

  • Creating and building brand awareness within the offline communities of DSA, Channel partners, Industry associations, etc., and generating quality leads from these channels.

  • Organise, conduct or participate in awards and events to generate leads and promote the brand across these channels.

  • Optimise Local business profiles and generate leads via GMB.

  • Optimising inbound and outbound calls by effectively managing, implementing, and tracking the cloud telephony platform

  • Domain management ( purchase & management of domains, getting emails created, etc)

  • Running interactive campaigns for Webinars and Podcasts via various channels.

  • Analyse sales and customer behaviour data to develop new direct marketing campaigns and strategies to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

  • Analyse marketing performance, measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements, Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and opportunities for global expansion.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital and content marketing initiatives and efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Streamline sales operations processes by creating automated workflows and various reports for management and team members bi-weekly and monthly to showcase the performance of the marketing and sales teams.

  • Optimise the CAC by doing a deep dive into the data, analysing the spends vs returns, calculating ROI on a regular basis, etc.

  • Managing, motivating and mentoring an in-house digital team, leveraging the team’s strengths through engaging and effective team management.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and develop new and innovative ideas and strategies for promoting the business.

Any Graduate / Post graduate with relevant experience in Marketing
