The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and ensuring delivery of the marketing programs to support the expansion and growth of the brand. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of data acquisition and growth, marketing automation and building brand awareness and communities.
You’ll be strategic and tactical, with the ability to approach campaigns holistically, utilizing resources internally and externally to help share the stories and messaging. You will meticulously measure the output of your efforts, continuously improving the campaign to ensure commercial objectives are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver marketing campaigns in line with business objectives
- Create engaging and compelling customer experience through virtual or physical B2B events (trade shows)
- Experience of building/growing a database and using effective segmentation to reach the right audience with tailored messaging
- Coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral including the website, brochures, print and digital advertisements, web banners and event branding and make sure they are proofed, adhere to brand guidelines, and agreed standards
- Line manages marketers across a range of B2B products, primarily events
- Monitor campaign performance by producing relevant and timely reports
- Development of marketing budgets in line with plans and ensure budget trackers are up to date
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver digital marketing, social media, and PR in line with marketing plans to hit agreed KPI's
- Develop personas, value propositions and messaging for each of the key segments for each product
- Monitor and recommend adjustments to the digital marketing activity based on performance metrics
- Manage the Content Calendar to ensure delivery through the most relevant channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail etc.)
- +5 years of experience in marketing, and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager leading a team preferably in exhibition / event industry
- Experience in marketing analytics and reporting platforms
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
- A growth mindset and highly proactive
- Collaborative
- High degree of cultural awareness, working with a global team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
