Marketing Manager

Full-Time

The role provides you with an opportunity to flex your creative muscle and put real-life solutions in place to make an instant business impact. It is a hands-on role where you will generate ideas as well as execute them. You will utilize your innate curiosity and test your resilience, focused on but not limited to: 

  • Planning & Execution: Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with market units goals and objectives to attract, drive and win Net New Name business. 
  • Demand Generation: Generate Net New Name target account leads through various channels, including events, campaigns, digital, social media, partner collaboration. 
  • Account Based Marketing: Plan and execute Account Based Marketing activities to support influence existing opportunities and win new logos. 
  • Market insights: Provide local research and marketing intelligence to enhance sales, and support shape and optimize the go to market for the business aligned with the sales organization. 
  • Localization: Where needed manage localization of any relevant campaigns or marketing collateral. Localize and execute global and regional marketing campaigns as required. 
  • Budgeting: Manage the marketing budget and prepare monthly forecast reports based on actuals and upcoming plans. 
  • Data Management:  
    • Ensuring Net New TAM data is clear, concise, available in our digital tools and targeted through campaigns to increase engagement.  
    • Manage the CRM system in a timely manner for lead management and list collation. 
  • Analysis, Reporting and Optimization: Track closely campaign results, to optimize and adjust where needed to drive demand, providing insights and reporting on results. 
  • 5+ years proven success in a similar role within an enterprise software sales organizations. Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management is a plus. 

    •    Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining up to date marketing plan, including budget, costs and run the necessary forecasting activities.   

    • Strong experience in net new name demand generation marketing activities 

    • Being a partner for the business and come with suggestions, recommendations, be force of proposition to support or refine the GTM.  

    • Experience using CRM, Martech tools (Marketo) and Analytical tools such as PowerBI. 

    • Experience in navigating a matrix organization to leverage direction and support required. 

    • Strong problem-solving skills. 

    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. 

    • Skilled relationship builder with exceptional polish; team player with demonstrated ability to influence and partner with internal and external stakeholders 

    • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese with business level command of English.
