We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with the CEO. You’ll need to bring strong organizational skills, expertise in both organic and paid marketing, and a proactive approach to campaign management. This role offers flexibility for remote work and a high level of responsibility in shaping marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving B2B growth.
- Work closely with the team to develop high-impact content tailored for B2B audiences.
- Oversee both organic and paid marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results and demonstrate proven success in B2B campaigns.
- Ensure tasks are efficiently prioritized and completed on time.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in similar roles
- Relevant experience in digital marketing with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of both organic and paid marketing strategies.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience leading projects.
