The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in the online slot B2B supplier industry. This position will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen Games Global’s brand presence and drive business growth within the highly competitive LATAM market.


What you'll do: 

  • Develop and implement a bespoke LATAM Marketing Strategy that positions Games Global as ‘the one’ and associated studios as leaders of our industry.
  • Serves as a marketing expert within the LATAM market, providing guidance and advice to other members of the marketing team to assure best outputs and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to grow external exposure for the Games Global brand.
  • Growing with the business, ensuring all tangible, event and exhibition verticals are strategized and implemented as and when needed.
  • Work closely with internal resources and external creative agencies to deliver engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities within the online slot B2B supplier industry in the LATAM market.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and regulatory developments to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance the company's visibility and positioning in the LATAM market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Create compelling and engaging content tailored to the target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, and multimedia content.
  • Manage content distribution across various online platforms to increase brand awareness.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media dedicated to the LATAM market.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate the launch of new online slot products, working closely with product development, sales, and customer support teams.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to generate excitement and demand around new product releases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
  • Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure a strong company presence at relevant events.
  • Manage the LATAM marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Monitor and report on the return on investment for marketing initiatives to the Head of Marketing.
