The Role Objective

As Marketing Manager, you will have high energy, strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, be a self-starter ready to take complete ownership of projects and always looking to raise the bar on what the department produces.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute all elements of the UK Marketing strategy in line with the global company objectives.

Seek out and implement all UK-wide event opportunities including keynote speaker, panel participation, trade show presence and event sponsorship; opportunities that help showcase GroupM UK’s capabilities and brand integrity.

Work with internal stakeholders to successfully launch any new GroupM capabilities, through content, social and event activity.

Liaise with GroupM’s external PR partners to ensure maximum content coverage.
- Oversee all set internal and external marketing communication activity including internal and external facing newsletters.
- Produce clear project plans, ongoing measurement/evaluation and quarterly summary reports of marketing activities and its effectiveness for senior stakeholders.
- Management of all external vendors including copy writer and design team
- Creating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
- Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment.
- Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient and with-in budget use of funds.
