Our marketing team is relentlessly focused on creating value for consumers, publishers, and payment providers. We use relevant messages to help customers discover, learn about, and use our growing portfolio of innovative products designed to enable digital commerce. We work toward making Codashop and Codapay world-class brands, becoming top-of-mind for gamers around the world, and delighting customers with entertaining activations and offers. Our team has a strong analytical focus and a data-driven approach, with an emphasis on experimentation to deliver the best possible experiences to customers. 

You will need a hands-on mentality and a growth mindset. You will work cross-functionally with partnerships marketing, acquisition, retention, regional marketing, product operations, data science, and product teams to develop outstanding marketing programs that drive the success of key Coda publishers and titles. 

As Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) you will be responsible for bringing titles to market globally, including on the Codashop Website and across the internet. You will be embedded within the Consumer Marketing team, serving as the single point of contact between Consumer marketing and Partnerships Marketing teams, coordinating title launches and growth programs across marketing functions (Price Promotions, Loyalty Programs, Search, Affiliates, Payment Channel Co-Marketing, Email Marketing, Promotional SKUs, new beta programs, etc.). By connecting titles with consumers, and consumers with titles, your work will be critical to driving the Coda flywheel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Title Consumer Marketing: Own and oversee the Consumer Marketing strategy for titles associated with Coda’s most important partnerships with key publishers and titles like Call of Duty: Mobile, Tinder and others. 
  • Partner Marketing Collaboration: Work hand in hand with our Partnerships Strategy team, who own publisher relationships and provide deep insight into publisher priorities, roadmaps and commercial plans (representing the “voice of the publisher”). They will be your single point of connect (POC) in the Partnerships Marketing team and you will be their single POC in the Consumer Marketing team, representing the “voice of the consumer.” 
  • Marketing Campaigns and Programs: Develop successful marketing campaigns and programs across digital online shopping experiences, including on the Codashop Website, Publisher white label websites, owned and operated channels (e.g. Email, social media), external channels (e.g. Search marketing, affiliates), and Payment Channel distribution.
  • Industry Best Practices: Closely study the leading apps and websites that have built digital businesses outside the app store, define best practices, and become an expert advisor for Coda Publishers who want to grow their businesses outside of the app store. 
  • Creative Development: Work closely with Coda’s Brand and Design team to develop and test outstanding written, image, and video assets, which serve consumer needs and elevate both Publisher and Coda brands. 
  • Measurement and Business Reviews: Develop standard reports and KPIs to measure publisher success, and contribute to both internal and external WBRs, MBRs, QBRs. 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing (experience bringing digital products to market preferred). 
  • Strong analytical mindset and a track record of using data insights to drive growth programs. 
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills. 
  • Team player with the ability to work across a matrixed, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Workspace products. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in finance technology and/or ecommerce preferred.
