Marketing Manager for US Healthcare market

We are seeking an experienced manager to join our Marketing team at Incision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts, focusing on brand development, retention marketing, account targeting, content creation, and, crucially, events which serve as key engagement moments for our current and potential customers. Having broad experience working with US customers and the US market is a must. Past experience working with companies in the healthcare IT space and/or hospitals is a huge plus.

What you will do

  • Team Leadership and Development - Lead a small, talented marketing team by providing guidance, motivation, and clear direction. Develop and mentor the team, preparing each member for their next career step, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, with a strong focus on brand development, content marketing, retention strategies, and events management.

  • Hands-on Operational Management - While leading the team, actively engage in operational marketing tasks. This includes hands-on work in areas such as content creation, event planning and execution, digital marketing campaigns, and analytics.

  • Event Management - Take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing events that serve as a key lead generation tool for our sales team. Ensure that each event is strategically leveraged to enhance our brand and market presence.

  • Brand and Content Development - Oversee the creation and dissemination of engaging content that reinforces our brand identity and values. Ensure content is informative, compelling, and tailored to our target audiences in the healthcare and medical education sectors.

  • Retention Marketing - Develop strategies aimed at customer retention and engagement, ensuring our users have engaging experiences that foster long-term loyalty.

  • Analytics and Reporting - Utilize analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing effectiveness, using insights to drive decisions and strategy adjustments.
