Visa is looking for a Cross-Border (XB) Marketing Manager to help drive our strategic initiatives in the Travel space. As “cross-border” at Visa defines international transactions for both international travellers to France and French Visa cardholders travelling abroad, we are looking for a business marketer with solid experience in the financial services, retail shopping, luxury or travel space. The role will report into the Cross-Border Marketing Director FraBeLux & Southern Europe, and partner very closely with multiple Visa functions involved in this strategic workstream: Business Development, Client Marketing services, Product and Merchant Sales.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience working with Marketing / Brand / Performance
- Solid understanding of marketing levers, ability to manage complex initiatives that include branding, media planning and creative production.
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to lead with numbers and to deep dive into key metrics to bring relevant insights to the rest of the team.
- Previous experience working with world-class brands in international environments. Preferred industries: Financial services (incl. Fintech), Travel, Retail Shopping (incl. eCommerce), Luxury. Preferred subsets of skills: Digital marketing, CRM, eCommerce, Partnerships, Strategic program management, Marketing strategy.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple functions and profiles, well versed with team work and project tracking / execution in complex matrix organizations.
- Proficient in both French and English. The role will require prioritizing English as main professional language in multiple occasions.
