The Hearings Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all marketing initiatives for the Hearings business in EMEA. You’ll work closely with other stakeholders in marketing, sales, and services to drive revenue and achieve goals.
Based in our HQ in London, this role reports to the Head of Hearings Marketing.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver measurable, high-quality, multi-channel programs and activities that are designed to drive awareness and increase engagement among clients and prospects.
- Grow inbound enquiry volume and quality for the Hearings technology and services in EMEA.
- Design and execute campaigns that include events, conferences, webinars, emails, tactical PR, newsletters, and content among other activities, in collaboration with an internal shared services team.
- Partner with peers in the marketing team to create a seamless experience for the audience across different channels and activities.
- Develop and deliver marketing plans aligned with regional business development goals, in close partnership with the EMEA Business Development team.
- Be responsible for the measurement and success of all initiatives; reporting, analysis, and interpretation of trends.
- Continuously learn and evolve to build on positive impact and innovate to improve audience experience.
Requirements
What we're looking for in you
- 6+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience in marketing professional services and/or software is essential; Legal Tech understanding will be a bonus.
- You have a passion for building go-to-market campaigns that deliver outstanding experiences and understand how various marketing channels (online and offline) are connected.
- Solid experience in delivering events, conferences, and community engagement programs.
- A strong, decisive project manager who can multitask and prioritise concurrent projects to meet timescales and budgets.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- You are a self-starter, play well in a collaborative team environment and make things happen.
- Learning and adapting are second nature. As environments change and challenges emerge, you find ways to go around or through barriers to get things done.
- Hold a degree in marketing, business or a related field or have equivalent work experience.
