Role Summary:

As a Marketing Manager on the EMEA team at Censys, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our demand generation and event efforts. We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong internal drive, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be passionate about problem-solving, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive on cross-departmental collaboration to create successful marketing campaigns. What You’ll Do:

  • Marketing Program Execution:

    • Plan, execute, and track marketing programs, integrated across regions and  channel mix: events, webinars, paid and content marketing.
    • Coordinate regional marketing plans and budget to drive demand for each of the EMEA’s core regions

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables effectively to the Go-to-Market (GTM) team and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall business goals.

    Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Evaluate and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize future campaigns.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2-3 years of international marketing experience
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to adapt to rapid changes.
  • Previous work experience as a marketing manager or coordinator.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset for working with diverse teams.
  • Degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  • Demonstrated interest in growing a career in marketing

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Knowledge of foreign languages: French, Spanish, German, Dutch 
  • Attention to Detail - Anticipate the needs of the business and attendees to ensure we are prepared for anything
  • Flexibility - Be comfortable to right-size your event planning experience for Censys, given our needs, budget, strategy, physical location, etc.

Our target salary range for this role is between £70,000 GBP and £110,000 GBP + bonus eligibility and equity.

Our roots are in Ann Arbor, Michigan with office locations in Kirkland, Los Altos, and Washington D.C. Our innovation is fueled by the team’s global perspectives and diverse backgrounds. Our EMEA team is fully remote, and for this role we are looking for candidates based in London. Travel for this role is expected to be approximately 30%.
