Marketing Manager ECE for the market Eastern and Central Europe

Responsibilities:
Work together with the ECE team to create, implement, and manage a marketing and communication strategy for TOMRA Collection in East Central Europa (PL, AT, SK, CRO, CZ, SLO, HU) to strengthen the TOMRA brand, differentiate our company and its offering from competitors, and drive sales of reverse vending solutions (in 2025-26 the biggest focus PL and CZ).
Develop go-to market strategies.
Build TOMRAs brand in ECE as deposit thought leader.
Plan, implement and manage public relations activities towards consumers and retailers, maximizing opportunities to ensure TOMRA is top of mind organization in all relevant press.
Continuously update TOMRA's intranet and website, including creation of the content and publishing news.
Create a wide range of marketing and communications materials, from sales presentations to press releases and videos and everything in between.
Set up and manage social media accounts for selected markets in ECE, creating outstanding content that drives awareness, communicate with consumers and retailers.
Be a huge advocate for TOMRA, sustainability and circular economy, and a leading face of TOMRA across the industry, press, NGOs, retailers and more.
Manage the marketing budget in ECE, maximizing TOMRA awareness across industry and consumer channels to maximize ROI.
Create and coordinate in-person and virtual events for consumers and retailers.
Work with global teams to implement the TOMRA brand strategy, launch new products and other marketing and communication projects.
Travel within the region when needed.
Requirements:
At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Spoken and written fluency in English and Polish is essential. Any other language (e.g., German, Czech) will be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail, recycling, technology or sustainability sectors.
Proven experience in creating and executing marketing and communication strategies in international markets, particularly in Eastern and Central Europe.
Highly organized and efficient multitasker with strong presentation skills and strategic thinking abilities
Hands-on approach, Project management skills, creativity and innovation in developing marketing content and strategies.
Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and HubSpot.
Strong communication skills – ability to convey information effectively in various formats (written, verbal, visual).
Flexibility and willingness to travel within the ECE region as needed.
