The Registration & Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the entire registration process for our exhibitions and driving our digital marketing efforts. This position involves pre-show, onsite, and post-show registration setup, comprehensive data analysis and reporting, and support for digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role includes creating and designing e-newsletters to promote our exhibitions throughout the year.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
5 years of experience in event registration management and/or digital marketing.
Familiarity with exhibition or event organizing is preferred.
Skills:
-Proficiency in registration software and digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
-Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in the trade exhibition industry.
-Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
