Acumen is seeking a marketing/ product manager to join our audience engagement department on a 12 month contract to oversee the strategy, development, and implementation of Acumen Academy’s digital marketing initiatives, including website, email and social media.
This role requires a deep understanding of digital platforms and audience insights to refine outreach across these ‘always on’ channels. With a focus on innovative storytelling and cross-channel alignment, this role will be responsible for meeting the evolving needs of our diverse global audience to drive engagement. This position will collaborate closely with tech and program teams, partner with their counterpart leading Acumen’s digital marketing efforts, and report to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer.

This is a contract role that is not eligible for benefits. Candidates with less than 8 years of experience will be benchmarked at our Senior Associate band ($68,000 to $74,000 USD) . Candidates with more than 8 years of experience will be benchmarked at our manager band ($75,000 to $97,000 USD). This range represents the present low and high end of pay range for this role. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience. Acumen has equal pay, so pay is determined through comparison to a cohort of employees in the market at the same level of accountability.
