We are looking for an App Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing marketing team and scale up our App Store Optimisation (ASO) program to improve App Store ranking and drive organic installs in more than 50 countries worldwide. Working within App Marketing you'll be responsible for devising, managing, executing and reporting on all ASO activities in Google Play and Apple App Store. This role is an amazing opportunity for a passionate marketing manager to make a huge impact as we develop our app marketing strategy to reach millions of travellers each month.
About the Role:
- Creating global ASO strategies, priorities, and roadmaps to improve App Store ranking and drive installs
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, localisation and copy-writing teams to improve the performance of our ASO video, imagery and ad copy
- Formulate keyword strategies designed to drive high-quality traffic to our App Store listings
- Plan and execute A/B testing to increase conversions, establish best practices, and report results
- Create reporting to monitor ASO performance and show improvements over time
- Leverage internal data, industry insights, market trends, and the competitive landscape to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvements
- Support other app marketing initiatives as needed, including merchandising the app on our website; in-app messaging; paid and influencer marketing etc.
About you:
- Background in product, marketing or product marketing.
- Experience working with apps or keen interest in learning more about apps.
- Proven track record of planning and executing impactful customer strategies.
- Solid project management skills; working with key stakeholder teams to meet deadlines.
- Highly analytical and deep-diving; able to analyse and apply data; and evaluate the success of different marketing tactics.
- Good understanding of marketing tools, and app stores.
- Experience working with / managing agency relationships
- You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal).
- You enjoy working as part of a team but can also thrive independently.
- Experience with data.ai and keyword research is desirable but not essential.
