Marketing Manager - Amazon Ads (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager - Amazon Ads to start as soon as possible. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of Amazon Advertising. By planning and managing campaigns, you will make a significant impact on the sales and brand success of tado° on Amazon. 

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Focusing on our business goals and activities while collaborating with our general marketing & sales teams
  • Deepening your knowledge within the smart heating category and keeping an eye on category trends within our operating markets (EU8)
  • Full responsibility, planning and controlling of the Amazon Ads activities and budgets
  • Creating campaign targets, digital media plans and defining action steps for promotional activities and overseeing their implementation, optimization of KPIs and finalization in alignment with agency
  • Setting up and maintaining internal reports to continuously analyze Amazon PPC and DSP/DVA data to identify performance opportunities and improve pre-set campaign targets and KPIs (e.g. ACOS, ROAS, VCR, etc.). 
  • Defining and developing Amazon Marketing Cloud Cases (AMC) to extract actionable insight for the advertising strategy together with the agency
  • Supporting performance marketing business reviews and provide ad-hoc analyses for business cases and events to drive future improvements where required
  • Monitoring and improving Amazon retail content in order to optimize page conversions
  • Working in close collaboration with tado° stakeholders, the Amazon Ads Pan-EU team and the agency to fuel the business growth

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience with or at Amazon Ads
  • Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar, or an apprenticeship in a commercial field
  • Hands-on experience with working with Amazon, previous campaign and tool management experience is a plus (Amazon PPC, Amazon DSP, Vendor Central etc.)
  • Hands-on mentality & passion for e-commerce 
  • Highly motivated to work in an international, fast-growing, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with significant room for self-development and ownership
  • Data driven personality & strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal & written English
