About The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead/Supervisor, to join our Recruitment Service Business Vietnam team, to position, grow, and market Glints towards being the preferred platform and service of employers/companies in Vietnam for talent recruitment and management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans (30%) aimed at generating sales-qualified leads.
  • Partnership Activities (15-20%): Plan and execute partnership campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads; Utilize proprietary content and insights to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Brand Awareness (20%): Guide and lead MKT Associate on brand activities to engage target audience through content
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations(30%): Implement efficient processes for marketing operations, including performance tracking, reporting, and budget controls; Ensure operational excellence within the marketing team by overseeing Marketing BAUs and optimizing workflows.

Who We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a Senior Marketing role or as an early-stage Lead
  • Hand-on experience in Full-funnel marketing/omnichannel demand generation marketing for B2B business (digital MKT, content, event management...), with a passion for data-driven marketing and enabling growth
  • The same nature of start-up base is a good point
  • Good communication skills; strong non-verbal English
  • Ownership, Enjoys problem-solving; Creative, Strategic, and Operational
  • Proven ability to flex, persist and be resourceful in challenging times, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and result-oriented, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
  • Authentic, humble, and honest, with a flair in communications and stakeholder management to gain buy-ins, support, and collaboration from decision-makers and stakeholders
