We are seeking a tenacious Marketing Intern, Website team member to join our Community & Customer Marketing team, who loves evangelizing a disruptive marketing community and wants to be part of a powerhouse, growing, hard-working team. What You'll Do

  • Manage projects for our customer community website
  • Assist with the creation of website content, including writing copy and building webpages
  • Assist with SEO strategy and content creation
  • Partner with web developers, designers, and content creators to coordinate the execution of key deliverables for website enhancements and deployments 
  • Conduct ongoing website maintenance including governance of content and copy
  • Facilitate testing and requests for feedback on new website deployments
  • Contribute creative ideas to inform website roadmap and project strategy
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data on website performance
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition to inform website strategy
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist with triaging and addressing website requests as needed 

Your Background

  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ambitious and a self-starter. Comfortable in ambiguity
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams within an organization
  • Experience using tools such as WordPress and Airtable (preferred)
  • 1-2+ years experience in B2B software marketing or website management experience (preferred)
