About the Role and The Team

Bolt is hiring a Marketing Intern who wants to learn about our marketing strategy and help ensure our go-to-market approach is world-class. The ideal candidate has deep empathy for people, a passion for simplifying complex problems, and an action-oriented mentality.

 

As a Marketing Intern at Bolt, you’ll support our team at various stages of the marketing funnel. Contributing strategically and operationally to Bolt’s organic and paid social media, email, PR/content, events, and website—you’ll gain valuable, multi-faceted experience in a fast-paced environment and help usher in Bolt’s next phase of growth.

 

 

What you'll do

  • You’ll join our marketing team and actively participate in meetings and events
  • You’ll transform marketing concepts to high-fidelity campaigns for team reviews and cross-functional presentations
  • You’ll research ecommerce industry trends to inform content and channel distribution
  • You’ll examine our competitors marketing, thought leadership, and social media strategies to help us refine our own
  • You’ll work with our team to prepare executives and key spokespeople for critical external engagements
  • You’ll develop future marketing ideas through a collaborative marketing process
  • You’ll learn and apply critical storytelling and presentation skills

What will set you up for success

  • You are enrolled in a Marketing or similar industry-related educational program
  • You have classroom or on-the-job experience with different marketing methods and techniques
  • You bring a generalist background or a genuine interest in getting involved with nearly all marketing functions on a small, tight-knit team
  • You believe in a human-centered design philosophy with a willingness to hone your marketing instincts through research
  • You have high standards for your marketing process, a strong work ethic, and a growth mindset
  • You support others around you and bring a founder’s mentality to your work
