Marketing Intern, B2B Marketing (6 months)

We are looking for an intern to join our Marketing team in a maternity cover role for a 6 months period of time. This role will be working predominantly from home in Beijing, with recurring attendance at our office in Beijing for team meetings.

This role is a part time opportunity working 3-4 days per week.

What you'll be doing:

• Catalog Management: Maintain meticulous records of book catalog details including titles, abstracts, ISBNs, authors, etc. Organize and proofread translations of new title catalogs.
• Vendor Supervision: Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of translation jobs and maintain high accuracy in translations.
• Marketing Campaign Assistance: Work closely with the B2B marketing manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns, overseeing the creation of marketing materials. This role includes comprehensive campaign operation and monitoring.

What we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and adept at data management.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a strong focus on detail.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and a meticulous approach to task management.
• College student who is available for a 6-month internship(3-4 days per week) and would be able to remain in their student identity till end of the internship period to be eligible to sign an internship contract

What you should know:

• In terms of working pattern, 3-4 days per week commitment is expected, and you will be paid a daily rate at CNY300/day pre-tax according to actual attendance
