About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Intern with a strong analytical mindset to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for students who excel in logical reasoning, data analysis, and critical thinking. As a Marketing Intern at Enova International, you will gain hands-on experience in various marketing activities, working closely with our team to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and create detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in meetings with lead generation partners, discussing traffic performance and conversion metrics.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing documents, processing invoices, and communicating with strategic suppliers/partners.
  • Assist in managing marketing tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of campaign performance reports and marketing metrics, offering insights for result optimization.
  • Communicate daily in English, including writing, reading, and conversation.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with executives at our Chicago headquarters.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
