Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing Executive. In this role, you will coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring all projects and new product launches are effectively coordinated, deadlines are met, and budgets are managed.
Job Descriptions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing, promotional projects, and new product launches are effectively coordinated, all deadlines are met, and budgets are managed effectively.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google ads, social media, website, email, and display advertising, while creating and managing content for various marketing materials with the Graphic Designer to ensure brand consistency.
- Develop and write creative copy for various marketing campaigns, including emails, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to produce relevant content and monitor results.
- Manage all social media communications while moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and schedules to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Provide support for the company's public relations, community, and branding activities, including organizing events, brainstorming ideas, and drafting press releases as needed.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Assist with any additional ad-hoc marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned.
As part of the Marketing & Community Team, you are expected to:
- Participate in brainstorming and developing creative marketing plans and growth strategies
- Be the ambassador of the business community ecosystem through partnerships and events
- Promote and ensure optimal understanding of marketing plans across the company.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate to possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience is required for this position
- Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) environments is essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and listening skills
- Self-starter individuals with a strong drive to achieve
- Must have good communication skills and strong command in spoken and written English language
- Prior experiences working in agency or journalist will be an added advantage
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in Community Building or Leadership Roles in Extracurricular Activities / Associations
- Experience in creating/managing social media accounts
- Overseas work experience or experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
