Marketing Executive

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our marketing efforts. This role supports the marketing team, working closely with design and events to implement our global marketing strategy, leading our social media efforts.

This is a fully remote role, with occasional meetings in Dublin.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Marketing

  • Develop and execute the social media strategy across all channels, ensuring TransferMate’s content is best in class vs. industry/competitors.
  • Execute paid social media campaigns, tracking engagement and leads generated.
  • Manage the social media calendar in collaboration with the wider content team, planning posts in advance while writing engaging copy.
  • Ensure all key marketing activities and initiatives are included on the social media plan including the promotion of content, events, webinar, awards, recruitment, and PR.
  • Responsible for the planning, creation and execution of our monthly internal and corporate and bi-monthly education and student newsletter. Ensure our design and messaging is best in class, maximising the communication cut through and upsell opportunity.
  • Continually assess and report on social media activity & newsletter performance and engagement, sharing insights with the wider marketing team.
  • Provide research into trends and competitor activity.
  • Use Google Analytics and Salesforce (training provided) to track performance of content published on social channels.

Events

  • Support the events team in the execution of the global events strategy.
  • Work on the promotional activities for the event, particularly social & content.
  • Manage merchandise requirements ensuring sufficient stock is available and shipped to location on time.
  • Raise POs & manage / optimise budget.

 

Design

  • Be the team lead on all marketing & design requests, working closely with the design team to produce consistent and engaging artwork.
  • Work with the design team to create a suite of assets to be used across all social channels. Consider the varying brand messages and create templates which will assist in the quick turnaround of BAU assets.
  • Develop multi-channel creative that cuts through and ensures our messaging delivers.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years marketing experience in a corporate environment
  • B2B experience an advantage
  • Experience with Pardot and Salesforce an advantage
  • Ability to work across a number of key brand and marketing projects at any one time
  • Keen attention to detail and exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Fluency in traditional, digital and social media
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to quickly resolve any issues and multi-task effectively
