Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaigns:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the business goals of eCabs and Fastdrop.
Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency across platforms.
Content & Branding:
Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Manage the production of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Lead brand storytelling initiatives that emphasize innovation, quality, and customer-centric values.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee social media accounts, ensuring engaging and timely posts to enhance audience interaction.
Optimize website content for SEO and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
Track performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor strategies.
Analyze data from campaigns and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Innovation:
Work closely with the design and product teams to launch new services or features effectively.
Identify partnerships or sponsorship opportunities that align with brand objectives.
