The Role
The Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in planning and executing marketing campaigns for events, closely aligning them with the organization's strategic goals. This position demands a tech-savvy, data-oriented professional who values continuous improvement and fosters effective teamwork. Essential qualifications include expertise in email marketing and content management systems (CMS), with a preference for experience in marketing automation.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to implement comprehensive campaigns, ensuring they meet strategic objectives.
Campaign Management: Manage campaign schedules and budgets to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines. Maintain detailed records of tasks, deadlines, and budgets.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for improvements. Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Coordination: Coordinate effectively with partners and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, including contra and partner marketing agreements.
Website Optimization: Oversee the optimization of event websites to enhance traffic and conversion rates. Collaborate with internal or external support teams to implement necessary enhancements.
Data Management: Ensure data quality and compliance by working with internal teams. Uphold data governance and data management policies to maintain data integrity.
Brand Adherence: Review and ensure all marketing collateral, email marketing, website content, and digital marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and meet established standards.
