Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Planning & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with the Line Manager to develop marketing plans, including defining target audiences, objectives, promotional activities, and desired outcomes.
- Brainstorm, design, and implement detailed marketing campaigns across targeted channels (digital and traditional).
- Generate and execute multi-channel campaigns (Website, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor competitors’ activities and conduct market research to refine strategies and ensure campaign effectiveness.
Content Creation & Creative Development
- Produce creative content for marketing materials, including copywriting, design briefs, and video concepts.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually impactful materials aligned with project requirements.
- Draft and distribute press releases to media outlets.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for event-related photo/video production.
Partnership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Negotiate barter deals and work with external partners to drive cross-functional promotions.
- Foster teamwork by coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) and external stakeholders.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Generate post-campaign reports to evaluate effectiveness, using insights to optimize future strategies.
- Review campaign outcomes with relevant teams to align on improvements.
Industry Awareness & Innovation
- Stay updated on marketing trends and emerging platforms.
- Share innovative ideas to enhance customer targeting and campaign creativity.
Administrative Support
- Assist the Line Manager with ad-hoc tasks and project coordination.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications. Experience in the B2B event industry is a plus.
Technical & Digital Skills
- Proficiency in managing websites via WordPress (CMS).
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
Content & Language Skills
- Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
- Exceptional English fluency (written and spoken).
Soft Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic thinking with a practical, results-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with teams, vendors, and partners.
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to dynamic environments.
