THE ROLE:

Join as our new Marketing Executive in our France Marketing & Subscriptions team! In this role, you will play a key role in the definition and implementation of DAZN marketing strategy and the customer relationship activities to grow our revenues and market share for DAZN France. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business objectives and deliver an outstanding local offer in tuning with effective customer value management.

As our new Marketing Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver excellent customer experiences throughout DAZN ecosystem to enhance customer lifetime value
  • Optimise user journeys on the platform and identify new opportunities to maximize KPI’s across all DAZN acquisitions channels and meet business targets
  • Analyse market trends, Customer Base KPI’s, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape to support strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts
  • Contribute to planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Product, Rights, Brand, Content and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys

You'll have:

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within the media industry
  • Experience in digital marketing, customer experience and data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Outstanding organizational, planning and time-management skills
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Passion for sports and entertainment
  • Strategic thinking skills with an analytical mindset
