Marketing Executive - Digital Products Delivery

As the Marketing Executive for Digital Products Delivery within the Food portfolio, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing the end-to-end fulfillment of digital products sold by our sales team. You will manage each stage of the product lifecycle, from strategic planning through to delivery and post-campaign analysis, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and on time. This role involves close collaboration with the broader marketing, content, and sales teams to guarantee seamless product delivery, with a strong focus on maintaining well-organized records of all projects, inventory, and contracts. 

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly motivated self-starter who thrives on managing multiple marketing campaigns and projects. A dynamic, results-oriented approach and the drive to excel and make a meaningful impact are essential to success in this position. 

The main day-to-day responsibilities include: 

  • Managing the fulfilment of all products sold by digital sales, from planning to delivery and reporting 
  •  Working with the marketing teams for the delivery of sold products and ensuring everything is delivered correctly and timely  
  • Managing the contracts, inventory and planners to record and track all projects  
  • Playing an active role in advising clients on how to improve campaign performance  
  • Supporting sales with data selection and segmentation as well as data insights and performance KPIs 
  •  Pro-actively supporting clients and the sales team to solve issues in sales delivery

Skills required 

  • Good marketing experience. Event-related background is considered an additional positive 
  • Digital marketing knowledge and experience is essential, especially in email marketing.
  • Project management experience - being able to clearly communicate tasks and organise a team. Experience with Asana, Trello or any other marketing project management tool is considered an additional positive 
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to work with in a matrix organisation with ability to communicate at all levels 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure 
  • Enthusiastic, creative, hardworking, commercially minded marketer, who can drive and execute complex marketing campaigns, projects, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate ownership and responsibility 
  • Ability to translate business objectives and creative ideas into marketing strategy and solid, actionable plans 
  • Analysis and reporting skills – able to analyse reports and present trends on marketing performance to the wider team 

Additional Information 

Desired: 

  • Eloqua, basic knowledge is considered an additional positive. Other email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Adestra, Customer.io 
  • Website Content Management skills, e.g. Wordpress, AEM or similar is desirable
