Role Summary

The role of Digital Marketing Executive is pivotal within the Global Chinese marketing team at FXTM. The successful candidate will assist in shaping and implementing the digital marketing strategy for the China and Asia markets, supporting FXTM and potential future brands within the company's portfolio. The individual will be tasked with the operational management of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including China display media, PPC, and paid social. Additionally, the role demands active engagement with both internal teams and external partners, such as local media, to optimize marketing efforts.  

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and strong project ownership, accompanied by a proactive attitude and analytical thinking. While previous experience is not a strict requirement, a keen interest in mastering marketing practices and a commitment to actively engage in day-to-day strategy execution are essential. This opportunity is designed for someone who is looking to make a significant impact on brand growth and performance through direct, hands-on involvement in digital marketing efforts. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage digital media campaigns across multiple partners, geographies and devices working closely with key internal stakeholders, publishers and agencies 
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of media campaigns and partners, including creative copywriting, media evaluation, A/B testing, campaign trafficking, media cue, optimization, and reporting. 
  • Manage Chinese language media channels and liaise with them on a regular basis for media buy activities; establish good relationship with the media channels for future industry benefits and industry updates/insights  
  • Ensure that global reports and dashboards are updated regularly, along with detailed analysis that can be used to derive actionable insights, that in turn can be used drive business results 
  • Drive innovation in digital media by staying up to date with the latest industry trends, moving quickly on products and new opportunities and using those to help achieve growth targets with a focus on new customer acquisition 
  • Ensure that campaign successes, best-practices and optimization opportunities are shared proactively  
  • Execute an on-going testing strategy driven through an in-depth analysis of the customer conversion journey, ensuring both results and recommendations are delivered efficiently 
  • Ensure that stakeholders are regularly updated with budget scenarios detailing spend and performance projections - adjusting for efficiency savings or campaign expansions 
  • Share best practice with the Central team to encourage collaboration and learnings 
  • University graduate or equivalent;  Fresh graduate is welcome 
  • Data-driven, result-oriented, strong logical thinking and communication skills, initiative and hardworking 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the proven ability to deliver detailed analysis and campaign updates within very tight deadlines 
  • Native in Mandarin and Fluent in English is a must, with full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in both languages 
  • Knowledge in DoubleClick Campaign Manager and Google Analytics 360 is a plus 
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills is a must
