What you will be doing

This is an exciting time to join Breathe. You will be working with some of the world's largest and most recognised brands in automotive and consumer electronics as we scale our marketing team.

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to support our marketing team in delivering strategic marketing initiatives to our customers and prospects. You will be working closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver our annual marketing calendar, including campaign development, content creation, social media and events. You will also be supporting marketing operations and maintaining marketing processes, so will need to possess a combination of creativity, curiosity and strong organisational skills, while also displaying an eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly.

This is a unique opportunity for a generalist marketer in the early stages of their marketing career to develop their marketing skillset in a fast-paced start up environment. Your responsibilities

  • Strategic marketing: Support the Head of Marketing to deliver strategic marketing initiatives
  • Campaign management: Assist with managing the annual marketing calendar of activity and campaigns, keeping the calendar up to date
  • Website management: Maintain and enhance our website content and manage and implement website updates
  • Marketing operations: Use HubSpot to maintain our CRM and marketing process and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Email marketing: Craft compelling email marketing campaigns for both prospects and existing customers
  • Social media management: Amplify our brand presence through organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Content marketing: Write clear and uncomplicated copy, ensuring our brand voice is consistent across all channels and contribute to the creation of compelling visual assets and videos (including external briefs)
  • Event marketing: Plan and deliver successful events including customer events and our tradeshow presence
  • Product marketing: Support in creating product and sales enablement materials, including impactful and visual slide decks, to help drive sales engagements with our target accounts
  • Market analysis: Conduct regular competitor and market analysis and find ways to communicate our differentiation internally and externally

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in B2B marketing (Experience marketing technical software products and/or to enterprise customers is a plus)
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software (HubSpot knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to craft compelling marketing copy
  • Well-versed in PowerPoint and Canva with a keen eye for design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills
  • A drive to learn, grow and succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • High attention to detail
