Marketing Engagement Specialist

Purpose: The Clinical Marketing Engagement Specialist is responsible for growing the company’s lead volume by increasing the number of device demos, in-person visits and webinars/attendees for the Clinical Marketing Team. The responsibilities of this position are broken into two areas: lead-generation and logistics. For lead-generation (i.e., targeted outreach, emails and blasts, phone calls, etc.), the Clinical Marketing Engagement Specialist identifies, and schedules events based on the quarterly goal. For logistics, the Clinical Marketing Engagement Specialist coordinates with the Clinical Marketing Team, specifically the Clinical Educators to ensure the device demos, in-services, and webinars run smoothly and information is coordinated in a timely manner. The Clinical Marketing Engagement Specialist will also be the first touch point for all clinical intakes (phone/chat/face sheet) and will field inbound calls from Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs). 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

Delivers high-touch engagement through multiple platforms including inbound calls, outbound calls, email, and online chat for SLP intakes and general inquiries 

Outbound responsibilities: 

  • Works to schedule SLP’s for device demos, webinars, and in-services 
  • Monitors cancellations and works with SLP’s on rescheduling of demos 
  • Collaborates with the Clinical Sales team when needed for demos and other outreach events & projects  
  • Multi-tasks and successfully executes projects under a heavy workload, tight deadlines and changing conditions  
  • Coordinates loaner device recall when device demos /webinars have concluded   
  • Reports key data points and metrics regarding outreach events to Outreach & Events Manager  

Intake Responsibilities: 

  • First point of contact for clinical intakes 
  • Engages with clinicians via inbound calls and chat sessions to answer questions and input intake information 
  • Receives face sheets and inputs into database; follows up with clinicians as necessary to obtain missing information 
  • Successfully interacts with prospects and existing customers by providing a superb experience to create new relationships/partnerships and maintain existing relationships 
  • Educates existing and prospective SLP’s about Lingraphica’s technology and how it can benefit their clients 
  • Triages opportunities and customer issues 
  • Offers an exceptional customer service experience in every interaction consistent with Lingraphica’s core values 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Education & Experience 

  • 1-2 years related customer service, sales, marketing and/or related administrative experience   
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and/or durable medical equipment, preferred 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • Proficient in basic computer programs with willingness to learn new systems 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 
  • Experience with OneDrive, RingCentral, and HubSpot or similar CRM, preferred 
  • Self-motivated 
  • Organized; attention to detail  
  • Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills  

Work Environment & Physical Demands  

Incumbent works from home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access. Must be able to operate a computer with or without reasonable accommodation. 

Travel  

Travel is required for the annual company meeting and team off-site, within the continental United States, approximately twice per year.
